In a fast-growing environment with new challenges linked to the modernization of our information systems, we are looking for a new team member to join our IT Department.Based at our Madrid office, you will BE part of the Infrastructure & Operations team, reporting to the Deputy CIO. Your role will involve the installation, maintenance, and development of IT and telecommunications hardware and software.Key Responsibilities- Install and configure IT workstations and mobile devices.- Maintain IT and phone systems, including diagnosing, resolving, and tracking incidents, managing IT assets, and ensuring equipment compliance.- Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance.- Train users on IT equipment and software.- Contribute to IT projects and infrastructure improvements.- Collaborate with external providers on complex projects.Required Skills- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud platforms, Azure AD, or MS Azure.- Strong technical skills in Windows environments (10, 11), Active Directory, LAN / WiFi networks.- Autonomy and problem-solving skills.

With a degree in IT, you have prior experience in a similar role. You are hands-on, dynamic, and highly organized, with a rigorous and service-oriented mindset. Your strong teamwork and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively, while your ability to work independently allows you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and a good level of French would BE appreciated.
