Formación

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with technical proficiency to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, software development, cloud migrations, and integrations.
  2. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  4. Coordinate teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Track progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  6. Serve as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  7. Facilitate meetings, status reports, and steering committees.
  8. Ensure projects follow organizational methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  9. Manage changes through formal change control processes.
  10. Complete post-project reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s or PMP preferred.
  2. 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical IT environment.
  3. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, SDLC, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
  4. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
  5. Familiar with tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or ServiceNow.
  6. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, ITIL, and/or Prince2 methodologies is a plus.
