We are looking for an IT Technical Project Manager who combines strong technical expertise with project management skills to lead strategic initiatives in the IT department. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and provide technical solutions when necessary.

Tasks

1. Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the efficient implementation of IT solutions.
3. Analyze and optimize processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
4. Take a hands-on approach when necessary, collaborating in configurations, development, or troubleshooting technical issues.
5. Ensure security and compliance with IT system regulations.

Requirements

1. Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. A Master’s degree or certifications in project management (PMI, Scrum, ITIL) is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical roles with project management responsibilities in IT.
3. Technical Knowledge:
1. Infrastructure and system architecture.
2. Networks, servers, and cybersecurity.
3. Databases and data analysis.
4. ERP, CRM, and system integration.
5. Programming or scripting (Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
4. Skills:
1. Leadership and effective communication.
2. Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
3. Teamwork and stakeholder management.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in retail or environments with multiple points of sale.
2. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
3. Experience in implementing BI tools (Qliksense).
4. Experience in process automation implementation.
