A leading IT company seeks a candidate for a technical leadership role focused on designing and implementing microservice architectures within agile environments. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in technology and proven experience in BPM deliveries and project management, with strong skills in communication, leadership, and Agile methodologies.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in BPM deliveries and software engineering.
• Expertise in cloud technologies and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with change management methodologies and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Define design, implementation, testing, and deployment in an agile environment.
• Lead engineering teams and manage project delivery effectively.
• Deliver microservice/API-based environments on-premise or in cloud.

Descripción del empleo

• The ability to define design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support within an agile development environment.
• An understanding of change management methodologies, quality assurance best practices, and deployment management to ensure change activities are delivered effectively while mitigating risks to systems.
• Demonstrable experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
• Knowledge of microservice-oriented architecture, particularly on PaaS and / or AWS infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in BPM deliveries (e.g., Appian) and expertise in software engineering and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of operations processes.
• Proven experience in project delivery and management using Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills at both technical and business levels.
• Experience in leading engineering and release priorities successfully through effective leadership and communication.
• Designing and delivering microservice / API-based environments, deployable on-premise or in the cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience managing business stakeholders in complex scenarios requiring political awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
