We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
2. Provide technical Response to RFI / RFP & conduct reseller / partner training.
3. Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
4. Engage with existing ManageEngine customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
5. Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts.

Requirements

1. Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security and IT service management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3. Willingness to travel within / and EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.
4. Extensive travelling requirement to meet clients across Spain (full reimbursement of business travel costs).
5. Pre-sales / Technical Account Management / IT Team leader experience is an added advantage.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish / Catalan is mandatory for this role.

This role is remote but the employee needs to be based in Spain; visiting the office in Valencia for trainings sporadically. It is important for the applicant to hold a national or EU passport, have a valid work authorization, and be within commutable distance. The successful candidate will be subjected to background verification in compliance with the national legislation and market standards.
