Your Role
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.
Manage top-of-funnel recruiting, including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
Use social media for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
Develop innovative strategies for finding top talent.
Work mainly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
Manage your candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities.
Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
Evaluate candidates based on interview and assignment performance.
Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
What Would Make You a Great Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Team-player, detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills.
Passion for the IT world.
