We’re Growing Our Talent Dream Team!

Titles? We’re not big on them, but let’s call this one Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As part of our international Talent squad, you’ll craft tailored recruitment processes for the company. We’re hunting for a passionate Technical TA with a solid background.

Here’s the deal:

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Participating in designing the global recruitment process and assisting in incorporating new hiring methods.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize open positions and promote cooperation between processes.
  • Being a key player in the company's development and growth, directly connecting with the business.
  • Working closely with directors and management to handle recruitment needs.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 4 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in IT.
  • Experience using ATS (preferably Workable).
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with international profiles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented with analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
