Overview

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to maintain the smooth operation and performance of all company IT systems. This includes monitoring LAN / network usage, ensuring regular backups, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Log and track system issues, changes, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, support, and cost-effective procurement.
• Support system audits and compliance checks with the Finance Department.
• Manage antivirus software deployment and virus protection updates.
• Track and ensure compliance with all software licenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with 2–4 years\' experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles. Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and firewalls is essential. Strong network troubleshooting skills, remote desktop tools, and IT asset management abilities are also required.
