As we grow, we are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment and support employees across the organization. In this role, you will ensure Mitiga’s IT systems run smoothly, manage endpoints, provide technical support, support security initiatives, and help the business operate efficiently as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and maintain company IT infrastructure, systems and endpoints.
• Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees and resolve IT incidents.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements.
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, processes and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless IT experience across the company.
• Manage software licenses, devices and IT assets.
• Assist with network administration, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT Systems Administration, IT Support or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS and/or Linux environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Strong Plus

• Experience with Azure or cloud‑based environments.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, NIS2 or security compliance frameworks.
• Experience in fast‑growing technology companies or startup environments.
