We take care of the setup, operation and administration of Drees & Sommer's server and cloud systems. In doing so, we ensure the integrity and availability of data and digital identities. Your Responsibilities

1. Become Part of the System Administration Team
2. Coordinate security relevant topics in the System Administration area
3. Ensuring security aspects in the area of system administration
4. Installation, configuration and administration of IT systems in the areas of servers, storage and backup
5. Monitoring and ensuring the availability, performance and security of IT systems
6. Collaboration in the areas of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, MS Office , Exchange
7. Creating scripts and drive forward process automation
8. Supporting the planning and implementation of IT projects, e.g. for the migration, expansion or optimization of our infrastructure
9. Creating technical documentation and guidelines

Your profile

1. Bachelor in the field of computer science, successfully completed IT training, or comparable
2. We also welcome career changers with a high affinity for IT and at least 3 years of professional experience and good understanding of Cloud Security Tools and Application Security
3. Sound professional experience in system administration with Microsoft Active Directory/ Microsoft Entra ID
4. Good experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux Server) and IT project management
5. Good knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Azure, container technologies
6. Good general project methodologies and governance structures
7. Service oriented attitude and ambitions for continuous improvement to assure quality
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
