What we’re looking for :
Responsibilities :
- Resolve, transfer, or escalate IT tickets raised by internal employees using our ticket management system.
- Prepare Mac / Windows laptops and workspaces for usage.
- Create and disable corporate accounts using Active Directory and other tools.
- Perform asset management and maintenance tasks.
- Develop documentation and user guides for common issues.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees across various systems.
- Support users primarily in our Barcelona office, but also at other sites as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on end-user Windows desktop support.
- 3+ years of hands-on end-user MacOS desktop support.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, MacOS, and mobile device support (Android and iOS).
- Experience with Active Directory.
