IT Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for personal computing and printing products
- Assist sales teams and handle customer inquiries
- Explain product benefits and regulations
- Conduct training sessions for other departments
- Manage technical issues and collaborate across resources
- Maintain high-quality customer service and technical competence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering or computer science field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience with computer and printing technologies, including hardware, software, and networking
- Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Highly tech-savvy with a desire to learn and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Native Czech speaker
- Proficient in English
