Dorna Sports is an international sports management, marketing and media company which manages among others MotoGP, the most exciting sport on earth.

About the job :

We are looking for a high motivated and curious IT person with a minimum experience of 3 years, that will be part of the IT Department. The workplace is located in our offices at Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona), with the possibility for occasional remote work. Is required to be able to attend a few MotoGP events annually, around the world.

Main Roles :

IT Helpdesk : 1st Level Support in a Windows / Linux / macOS mixed environment, providing needed support to users. Troubleshoot hardware, OS and software client / server issues and basic network troubleshooting. Assist with access management to different systems. Deploy Laptops / Desktops / Servers / Mobile devices, both Physical and Virtual. Control the mobile device inventory, software licenses, and general inventory. Deploy new users equipment. Manage IT equipment. Relation with IT and Telecom providers.

Other Roles :

Close Collaboration with IT Systems, Networking and Cybersecurity engineers to improve overall Dorna’s IT infrastructures and services. Setup, maintenance and update servers and applications.

Essential Technical Skills and Experience :

3 years Helpdesk Experience. Active Directory. Microsoft 365 Environment. Helpdesk solutions. Antivirus Solutions. Experience in Backup solutions.

Desirable Technical Skills :

SAN / NAS knowledge. Cloud SaaS and IaaS solutions. CISCO Networking. VMWare vSphere. MDM Management (MS Intune). PowerShell scripting. macOS and Linux knowledge.

High level of Spanish and Catalan and English communication skills. Ability to travel. Good interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous improvement in internal IT processes.
