Are you a IT Support Technician seeking a new interesting challenge?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

  • Support and maintain workstation OS (Windows 10/11, MacOS) and mobile OS (iOS, iPadOS, Android).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including OneDrive, Outlook, Office, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Manage IT infrastructure including Azure Intune, On-premise AD, SCCM, MECM, and MDM.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents using ServiceNow and Azure ticketing tools.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and manage vendors and stakeholders effectively.
  • Improve user experience by optimizing system performance and IT processes.
  • Implement security measures with antivirus solutions and monitoring tools like Prometheus.
  • Perform testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, smoke) and maintain knowledge documentation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Native Spanish Language and Advanced level of English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or workplace management.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, ITSM tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, security software, and CI/CD deployment.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level) for technical communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the banking sector (Highly valuable)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

WHERE AND WHEN?

  • Workplace: Madrid (hybrid model)
  • Work Schedule: Flexible office hours (start between 8:00 - 10:00 AM, end between 5:00 - 7:00 PM) with on-call support
