We are looking for an IT Support Specialist Salesforce to join our team. This is your opportunity to work with a globally renowned client in the automotive sector, addressing high-impact technological challenges while advancing your career.

Education and experience requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in IT consulting or technical support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments.

Technical requirements

  • Experience in building and operating IT services.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (mandatory): customization and programming.
  • Incident resolution and support (L2 / L3).
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Desired experience with APIs, microservices, and DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of cloud IT architectures and services.
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • AWS certifications or knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience or knowledge in automotive sales processes and/or accounting (valued).

Modality: full-remote.

Schedule: Flexible, with Friday intensive work.
