A leading recruitment group is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Level 1) for a 12-month contract in Ogrove, Spain. The ideal candidate will provide desk-side support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive user experience. Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2) are required for this role, with preference given to local candidates. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment focused on excellence in customer service.

Formación

  • Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role.
  • Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.

Rate: €1,900/month
Contract Type: Full-Time, Contractual
Languages Required: Spanish & English (Minimum B2 level)
We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1) to join our team in Ogrove, Spain on a 12-month contract .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual IT professional with a strong customer service mindset to provide on-site technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices




Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems
Perform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenance
Ensure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-up
Requirements
Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role
Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain
Local candidates preferred
