A dynamic corporate environment is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1) for a 12-month contract in Marbella. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, and deliver excellent customer service. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, alongside proven experience in similar roles.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems.

• Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems
• Perform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenance
• Ensure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-up
• Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
• Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain
