A dynamic company is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1) for a 12-month contract in Ogrove, Spain. Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role.
• Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
