IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1)
to join our team in
Ogrove, Spain
on a
12-month contract . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual IT professional with a strong customer service mindset to provide on-site technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficientlyTroubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesProvide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systemsPerform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenanceEnsure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-up
RequirementsProven experience in a
