Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving sales performance.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities on every call.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records as required.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures.
Address billing inquiries by explaining the details of customer accounts.
Use scripts and/or probing techniques to assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service.
Greet customers courteously, professionally, and in accordance with established procedures.
Ideal Profile Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in German Language, C2 level.
Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
Proficient in computer skills and technology use.
Dynamic and Energetic.
Strong focus on achieving goals and driving results.
Motivated and self-starter.
Interpersonal Skills
Communicative, able to express ideas clearly.
Interpreting needs and fulfilling them effectively.
