Formación

EBRO SUV is looking for a proactive and process-driven IT Specialist – Logistics Systems to join the IT department in Barcelona. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s logistics-related systems, supporting both inbound and outbound flows.

You will be responsible for managing systems and integrations with logistics providers, ensuring seamless information flow between operations and IT.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer and maintain logistics-related IT systems.
  2. Provide functional support to Logistics, Production, and Homologation teams.
  3. Manage system interfaces and integrations with external logistics partners (EDI, APIs).
  4. Participate in digitalization and process automation initiatives across logistics operations.
  5. Monitor system performance, analyze logistics KPIs, and propose data-driven improvements.
  6. Ensure cybersecurity and system availability in the logistics environment.
  7. Act as a key liaison between the IT department and operational teams to align technology with business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT environments linked to logistics or industrial operations (automotive preferred).
  3. Functional knowledge of SAP (MM, SD, and LE).
  4. Knowledge of EDI integration and logistics platforms.
  5. Experience with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
  6. Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
  7. Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.
