Formación

We are looking for

Requirements :

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience as IT Specialist in Application maintenance.
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development (full lifecycle) in Mainframe / Microfocus environments (Cobol / CICS / DB2).
  • Desirable experience in application management (AMs) and service management.
  • Desirable knowledge of investment funds and asset management functional domains.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in complex IT projects with appropriate quality, cost, and time metrics.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, software development processes, and IT operations processes - previous experience as a programmer.
  • High levels of organization, autonomy, proactivity, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish networks between business and IT teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • English : Minimum B2 Speaking, writing, and listening.

Your role in the team

IT SPECIALIST Job Description

We are looking for an IT Specialist in investment funds, with experience in financial products maintenance and managing highly complex SW development projects, with a delivery model based on external AM services. The ideal person should be able to make rational and analytical decisions and be autonomous. Additionally, the candidate should have a technical background in Cobol, CICS, DB2, and Micro Focus, as well as strong functional analysis and management skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support the application maintenance and project development team (Cobol / CICS / DB2 / Micro Focus - AM service).
  • Analyze service reports.
  • Supervise the understanding of the needs of each corrective, preventive, or evolutionary task.
  • Make decisions to ensure the service objectives are met.
  • Analyze, understand, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Supervise the functional and technical delivery of IT development projects.
  • Validate test plans related to the product they lead.
  • Budget control of activities performed within the AM service.
  • Collaborate smoothly with other technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate risk exposure (opportunities and threats).
  • Ensure compliance with the quality standards required by the bank.
