We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to help our customers gain deeper insights from their data and maximize its value.

Location: Tenerife HQ

Join our team supporting the Application Engineering and R&D departments by performing high-level analysis and developing data-handling tools to help our customers extract more value from their data.

Collaborate with both teams to face interesting challenges from high-tech research and industry stakeholders transforming semiconductor metrology data into actionable insights. Gain hands-on experience working on real-world datasets, collaborate with seasoned engineers and scientists, and contribute to impactful projects that drive innovation.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside engineers, scientists, and R&D experts. Our company fosters a culture of curiosity, innovation, and teamwork, where your ideas and contributions will make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test and evaluate new ways of providing value to stakeholders from semiconductor metrology data.
2. Develop software tools for data processing, handling, and visualization.
3. Collaborate with the R&D team to analyze novel datasets and experiment results.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders regarding analysis and development results.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong interest in continuous learning and basic skills in data handling and software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Python for software development and data analysis, including Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub for code management and collaboration.
