To achieve this, we are opening the position of Enterprise Architect. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our technological landscape.

The Enterprise Architect will catalog, develop, coordinate, communicate, maintain, and enforce the overall Enterprise Architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and standard components used by the enterprise to perform all business and technology-related activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architectural Strategy: Develop and implement an effective enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Blueprint Design and Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable and efficient EA blueprint that meets current and future business needs, based on technology solutions supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. Develop a transition roadmap from the current to the future landscape. Participate in planning and executing technology selection and oversee implementation projects.
3. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions. Identify opportunities to optimize the technology landscape.
4. Standardization: Define and maintain EA standards, principles, and guidelines. Ensure project alignment with these standards to maintain consistency across the IT landscape.
5. Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven track record of successful project implementations and at least 10 years working in IT and technology roles.
7. Skills: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies; proficiency in architectural modeling; project management skills; experience with cloud architectures, enterprise applications, and integration technologies; expertise in solutions like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce; excellent communication skills; proven leadership; analytical and problem-solving skills; responsible, proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; advanced English proficiency.
