About the Job

The Salesforce Project Manager will lead the execution, governance, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce platform services. Serving as the main point of contact for service management, this role will ensure that Salesforce operations adhere to enterprise standards, meet compliance requirements, and address the needs of stakeholders effectively.

What you'll do :

• Oversee Salesforce service operations and governance, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and standards. Develop and implement governance frameworks for platform management.
• Act as the key link between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication with leadership and business units.
• Track service performance, address issues, and promote ongoing improvements while handling escalations and inquiries as the main point of contact.
• Lead Salesforce transition projects, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational hand-offs, while managing risks, timelines, and deliverables.

What you bring :

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce operations, deployments, and governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with proven experience collaborating across IT and business teams.
• Skilled in analyzing service performance metrics to identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
• 5 or more years of project management experience.
• 3 years+ of practical experience with Salesforce, including platform administration, consultancy, or governance.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or PMP are preferred.
