Bystronic Software in Galicia, Spain seeks an IT Service Manager to lead critical IT operations, security, and governance. The role covers cloud and hybrid architectures, ERP/IAM integration, and international vendor collaboration, with a focus on reliability and security across the organization.

The position offers a permanent contract with opportunities in agile, cross-functional teams and development programs, including language courses and Microsoft certifications.

Formación

• Advanced level of English (spoken and written) essential for communication with Bystronic Group.
• Proven experience in designing cloud and hybrid architectures and governance of complex infrastructures.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
• Experience in IT project management and working with international vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process improvement.
• Design and evolve scalable, secure IT architectures across hybrid cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments.

We are Bystronic – a global technology company passionate about creating an impact for a sustainable future with sheet metal and beyond. Our focus is on automating the complete material and data flow of the laser cutting and bending process chain.

We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team and lead critical IT operations, ensuring system performance, security, compliance, and the timely delivery of technology solutions. A collaborative and detail-oriented environment where IT operations, infrastructure, and continuous improvement initiatives play a critical role in supporting business decisions and ensuring reliable and secure technology services across the organization.

IT Strategy & Innovation

• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process improvement.
• Manage IT budget and investment business cases, and participate in international Group committees.
• Design and evolve scalable, secure IT architectures across hybrid cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments.
• Define infrastructure standards and lead cloud adoption (Azure), ensuring integration with corporate platforms.
• Act as the main IT liaison between local operations and Group IT in Switzerland.
• Lead integration of enterprise systems (ERP, IAM, collaboration tools) and coordinate audits and global transformation initiatives.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee IT operations including Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and DevOps support environments.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and escalated incidents, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and operational continuity.

Cybersecurity & Governance

• Define and implement cybersecurity strategies, including identity management, access control, and incident response.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing cloud and hybrid architectures, as well as governance of complex infrastructures.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
