We are assisting our client who is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale their marketing efforts for their rapidly growing crypto casino. This fully remote role requires a data-driven leader with deep expertise in crypto, iGaming, and high-performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Develop & execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, influencers, affiliates, and social media.
• Leverage data & analytics to optimize marketing performance and customer LTV.
• Expand partnerships with crypto communities, streamers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in crypto casinos, iGaming, or Web3.

Strong knowledge of crypto ecosystems, DeFi, and blockchain marketing.

Track record of scaling brands through performance marketing, viral growth, and community-driven strategies.

Expertise in affiliate marketing, KOLs, and retention tactics tailored to crypto gamblers.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
