You will partner with global stakeholders, manage external MSPs, and foster a culture of continuous learning while enabling a flexible work model (office, hybrid, or remote).

Formación

• Several years of ITSM experience with initial leadership roles.
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge; agile familiarity (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Service Management team.
• Foster a customer-centric culture with high autonomy.
• Ensure clear communication and align global strategies across departments.
• Own ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request) and improve metrics.
• Manage external MSPs and ensure SLAs and XLAs.
• Support team leads with budgets, SLAs, and KPIs.
