Senior Scientist (Study Director) in the Large Molecule Bioanalysis department

Location : Barcelona, Spain

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate the validation of analytical methods to quantify drugs, anti-drug antibodies or biomarkers in biological matrices by ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) and cell-based assays according to international guidelines.
2. Coordinate sample analysis projects, including regulated and non-regulated, pre-clinical and clinical studies.
3. Deliver extensive and effective communication with sponsors and ensure timely delivery of results.
4. Organize and line-manage laboratory personnel.
5. Effectively resolve technical and regulatory issues.
6. Actively support Senior Management and participate in strategic projects to optimize procedures.
