Job Description

How can you contribute?

As an IT Security Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing security risks and ensuring an adequate understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements for the region and each laboratory in scope. Your goal is to mitigate risks or obtain formal management acceptance, support the implementation of remediations, and regularly follow up with laboratories.

You will be part of the Regional IT Security Office for multiple European businesses of the Eurofins Group, including food & feed testing, environmental testing, and sensory testing.

At the regional level, scope includes:

  • Reviewing and approving changes prior to release;
  • Assessing third-party contracts;
  • Preparing responses to client audits and questionnaires.

At laboratory level, scope includes:

  • Creating and managing security plans for each laboratory;
  • Prioritizing audits and security scans, supporting laboratories during third-party audits;
  • Maintaining inventories of assets, third parties, and local processes, especially internet-facing assets;
  • Assessing security posture during M&A activities and onboarding newly acquired laboratories.
Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar (preferred but not required);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in establishing cybersecurity and risk metrics;
  • Experience collaborating with legal, audit, operations, and compliance teams;
  • Experience developing policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines;
  • Experience with Cloud deployments (preferred);
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 2700x, ITIL, EU Privacy Directives (preferred);
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or project management certifications are assets;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
