Job Description

To strengthen our CRM Salesforce team, we are looking for an IT Architect for our location in Barcelona.

As an IT Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing our Salesforce environment. With approximately 1700 active Salesforce users, we rely on several modules, including Service, Sales, and Marketing cloud. Our usage spans various interfaces, connecting to other systems. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem.

What you can look forward to as IT Salesforce Solution Architect:

• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, security and governance to deliver healthy Salesforce implementations and educate teams on technical best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends

Your profile as IT Salesforce Solution Architect:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role
• Expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration and familiarity with declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.) and Apex development
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
