Drees & Sommer is seeking an IT Resourcing and Capacity Support Intern to assist with workforce planning for complex IT projects in a dynamic, international environment. You will analyze data, support reporting, and help manage capacity while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to build a professional network within the company while balancing studies and a flexible, modern workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

• High English level (C1) with ability to participate in meetings with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning activities for complex IT projects
• Support capacity analysis, data evaluation and reporting
• Collect and maintain capacity data
• Update resource utilization information in different tools
• Support skills matrix maintenance and workforce reporting activities
• Provide administrative project support
• Support invoicing-related activities
• Act as a contact point for resourcing vendors regarding requests
• Support database administration and maintenance activities
