Drees & Sommer SE in Málaga seeks an motivated IT Resourcing and Capacity Support intern to assist workforce planning for complex IT projects. You will help with data analysis, reporting and capacity management in an international setting, gaining practical experience while collaborating with diverse teams.

The internship emphasizes learning, mentoring and practical exposure to project administration within a global real estate, industry and infrastructure consulting context.

Formación

• Active student status with possibility to sign an internship agreement (Convenio de Prácticas).
• Currently pursuing studies in Business, Informatics, Human Resources, or related field.
• Interest in IT, data analysis, and organizational knowledge.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• High English level (C1) with ability to meet international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support workforce planning activities for IT projects.
• Assist capacity analysis, data evaluation and reporting.
• Collect and maintain capacity data across tools.
• Update resource utilization information in various systems.
• Support skills matrix maintenance and workforce reporting.
• Provide administrative project support and invoicing-related tasks.
• Serve as a contact point for resourcing vendors.

Are you interested in supporting workforce planning and capacity management activities within a complex IT project environment? As an intern, you will support data analysis, reporting and resource management activities while gaining hands‑on experience in an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support workforce planning activities for complex IT projects
• Support capacity analysis, data evaluation and reporting
• Collect and maintain capacity data
• Update resource utilization information in different tools
• Support skills matrix maintenance and workforce reporting activities
• Provide administrative project support
• Support invoicing‑related activities
• Act as a contact point for resourcing vendors regarding requests
• Support database administration and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• IMPORTANT: Holding an Active Student Status and having the possibility to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution (Convenio de Prácticas)
• Currently pursuing studies in Business, Informatics, Human Resources, or a related field
• Ideally combining IT fundamentals, data analysis, interviewing skills and business knowledge
• Interest in Organization and IT Human Resources, Operations Management, Controlling (Costs, Rate Cards), Project Management, and Database Administration
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt in changing environments
• High English level (C1). With the ability to participate in meetings with international stakeholders and colleagues from different nationalities (part of the interview process will be conducted in English)
