Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• High level of English spoken and written is required.
• Skills in communication and a passion for IT are essential.

• Evaluate candidates based on interview performance.

• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.

• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
• Work mostly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.
• Passion for the IT world.
