• 4+ years of experience as IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, data flows, and CI/CD.
• Interest in energy markets and digital innovation within the sector.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
