Our client, a renowned fintech, is growing, and we are looking for a new IT Project Manager who will manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all projects or initiatives are completed on time, with quality, and within budget.

Summary of This Role
  • Manages all aspects of large-scale and complex projects or initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time, with quality, and within budget.
  • Designs, communicates, and implements operational plans for project completion, monitors progress and performance, and resolves or escalates issues to minimize delays.
  • Facilitates and manages analysis of project requirements, including understanding cost estimates, resources, risks, and timelines, ensuring project goals are met within parameters.
  • Acts as a liaison within the organization to secure resources and contributions for the project.
  • Conducts project meetings, prepares regular status reports, and works with stakeholders to prioritize, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and ensure client satisfaction.
What Part Will You Play?
  • Administer assigned projects to ensure successful implementation, collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Manage projects requiring minor customizations to standard processes and checklists.
  • Guide project plans with standard templates, making simple revisions for minor customizations.
  • Identify issues requiring escalation, typically with the supervisor or project team.
  • Lead projects with potential scope changes, collaborating and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate estimation and timely billing of projects.
  • Monitor and track budgets, requesting assistance for variances.
  • Manage changes to project priorities and scope.
  • Make minor decisions with minimal impact on project schedules.
  • Engage in risk management activities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate project status.
