Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of experience, expertise in Agile, and relevant certifications. The role offers a hybrid working model, emphasizing stakeholder alignment and program delivery management.

Formación

• Strong command of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.

IT Project Manager

Volume: Full-time

Location: Madrid, Spain - 80% Onsite, 20% Remote

Languages: Spanish and English skills required

• Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies

Education & Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Certified
• Experience managing EU-regulated data and AI projects
• Bachelor's and Master's in Engineering

Relevant Experience:

• 15+ years delivering and managing programs and teams in data and AI projects
• Leading multi-phased Data & AI programs in line with UNE standards and AI policy framework
• Driving program governance, including status reporting, issue resolution, and scope control
• Ensuring timely delivery of workstreams (strategy, architecture, governance, implementation)
• Stakeholder alignment, risk management, and maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Acting as a point of coordination between ACENS, Tech Mahindra teams, and business units
