Approach People Recruitment busca un IT Project Manager para liderar proyectos IT internacionales de implementación y rollout, desde planificación hasta go-live y hypercare, coordinando equipos técnicos y stakeholders.

Se exige al menos 5 años de experiencia en IT PM, inglés y español fluidos, y disponibilidad para viajar 10–15%. Se valorarán certificaciones PMP/PRINCE2 e ITIL.

Formación

• Titulación: Bachelor/Master en IT, IT de negocio, Sistemas de Información, Economía o similar
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en IT Project Management
• Experiencia con implementaciones IT, rollouts, transformación o proyectos internacionales
• Fuertes habilidades de planificación y gestión de stakeholders
• Inglés y español excelentes
• Disposición a viajar 10–15%
• PMP/PRINCE2 u otra certificación PM es plus; ITIL conocimiento es ventaja

Responsabilidades

• Liderar proyectos IT internacionales de rollout e implementación
• Gestionar plazos, presupuestos, recursos, riesgos y entregables
• Coordinar equipos técnicos, stakeholders y socios externos
• Llevar reuniones de proyectos, comités de steering y revisiones de progreso
• Coordinación de pruebas, despliegue, go-live y hypercare
• Gestión de incidencias, dependencias y requisitos locales
• Alinear con estándares globales de IT
• Preparar informes para stakeholders y dirección
• Apoyar comunicación, formación y gestión del cambio
• Garantizar una transición suave a operaciones de IT

IT Project Manager – Fixed-term contract – Medtech

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Contract: Full-time, 2-year contract

Travel: 10–15% (France, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand)

The Role

Our client, an international Medtech organization, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT rollout and implementation projects.

You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning through go-live and hypercare, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international IT rollout and implementation projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews
• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards
• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management
• Support communication, training, and change management
• Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations

Your Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel 10–15%
• PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage
