La posición exige experiencia en gestión de proyectos IT end-to-end, coordinación de equipos técnicos y stakeholders, y movilidad internacional del 10–15%.

Formación

• Licenciatura/Maestría en IT, tecnología de la información, sistemas de información o economía.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en IT Project Management.
• Experiencia con implementaciones IT, despliegues o proyectos internacionales.
• Habilidades sólidas de planificación y gestión de stakeholders.
• Actitud estructurada, pragmática y orientada a soluciones.
• Inglés y español excelentes.
• Disposición a viajar 10–15%.
• PMP/PRINCE2 u otra certificación PM es un plus; conocimiento de ITIL es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar proyectos IT internacionales de despliegue e implementación.
• Gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos, recursos, riesgos y entregables.
• Coordinar equipos técnicos, stakeholders y socios externos.
• Dirigir reuniones de proyecto y comités de supervisión.
• Coordinar pruebas, implementación, go-live y soporte de hypercare.
• Gestionar incidencias, dependencias y requisitos locales.
• Asegurar alineación con estándares IT globales.
• Preparar informes de proyectos para las partes interesadas.
• Apoyar comunicación, formación y gestión del cambio.
• Asegurar una transición suave a operaciones de IT.

IT Project Manager – Fixed-term contract – Medtech

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Contract: Full-time, 2-year contract

Travel: 10–15% (France, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand)

The Role

Our client, an international Medtech organization, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT rollout and implementation projects.

You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning through go-live and hypercare, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international IT rollout and implementation projects


• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables


• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners


• Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews


• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare


• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements


• Ensure alignment with global IT standards


• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management


• Support communication, training, and change management


• Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations

Your Profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, or related field


• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience


• Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects


• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills


• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset


• Excellent English and Spanish


• Willingness to travel 10–15%


• PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage
