Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze problems and collaborate with the project team to develop solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status updates and decision documents for the steering committee.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies in coordination with the Project Steering Committee.
• Summarize project status information for stakeholders as per plan.
• Ensure project targets are achieved on time.
• Manage timelines, resources, and quality assurance of deliverables.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business informatics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Experience in the life sciences industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, with leadership experience and adaptability.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PMI certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
