Formación

• 2,5+ года как Full Stack Developer или аналогичная роль.

Responsabilidades

• Документировать решения и изменения и сообщать об приоритетах.

Its multidisciplinary team combines clinical research, data science, and AI expertise to connect advanced technology with real-world clinical needs.

Задачи

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams;
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, priorities, and task tracking boards;
• Organize and facilitate standups, sync meetings, sprint reviews, follow-ups, and planning sessions;
• Track milestones, dependencies, technical risks, and blockers, escalating when needed;
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear next steps and aligned action plans;
• Document and communicate decisions, changes, and priorities across teams;
• Support release planning, delivery coordination, and internal communication around progress;
• Improve how projects are structured, tracked, and executed in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Требования

• 2.5+ Years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role;
• 3+ Years of experience in project management;
• Scrum Master certification or experience;
• Experience with LLM/AI product development;
• Experience working in SaaS product development environments;
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical product delivery;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Strong ability to structure information clearly and ensure effective follow-up;
• Highly proactive and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities;
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: experience transitioning from a technical role into delivery management, experience working in healthcare, biotech, clinical environments, or AI-driven products, understanding of how AI systems are developed, validated, or integrated into products, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban.
