You will oversee the digital transformation of operations, collaborate across teams, and ensure the successful implementation of IT systems. Formación

• 5 years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects.
• Solid knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, and IT infrastructure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

IT Project Manager

to lead cross-functional technology projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across the factory.

Lead end-to-end IT projects : from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and rollout. Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics) and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee systems integration projects (ERP, MES, WMS, etc.) Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and risk assessments. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and internal IT standards. Drive continuous improvement and promote agile practices within the IT team.

5 years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects, preferably in industrial or automotive environments. ~ Solid knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, and IT infrastructure. ~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ~ Fluent in

English and Spanish
