We’re looking for an experienced and visionary IT Project Manager – Digitalization to lead key strategic ICT initiatives across CRM (Salesforce), digital applications, mobility, automation (RPA), and AI solutions.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for digitalization initiatives—from CRM and AI to automation and mobility.
• Collaborate with IT Business Partners and cross-functional teams to align digital projects with business goals.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks with rigor and agility.
• Coordinate with internal IT delivery teams and external vendors across multiple locations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Report regularly to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.

What You Bring :

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in multi-national environments.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile / Scrum (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and implementation of business applications.
• Experience with technologies like CRM (Salesforce), cloud platforms, RPA, and AI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
