Nagarro in Barcelona is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead governance and execution of complex IT initiatives. You will coordinate across technology platforms, manage timelines and risks, and report progress to the program manager.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, global stakeholder experience, and fluent English. It offers a hybrid work model with 2 days per week at the client site in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Project governance & execution: drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating across platforms.
• Stakeholder & business alignment: act as liaison between business/zone stakeholders and project team, clarify roles.
• Testing & cutover support: assist UAT, coordinate with release managers, manage issue resolution cadence.
• Change management & adoption: facilitate deployment impacts and post-deployment follow-up.
• Monitoring & continuous improvement: track progress, report risks, gather post-deployment feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Project Governance & ExecutionDrive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle. Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms. Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated. Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager.
• Stakeholder & Business AlignmentAct as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team. Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities. Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals
• Testing & Cutover SupportSupport the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence. Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines. Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.
• Change Management & AdoptionFacilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts. Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.
• Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack project progress against business requirements and report status and risks. Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects/programs. Experience with managing global stakeholders. Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools. Experience with projects where Oracle CPQ module was implemented. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills. Fluency in English.
