Babel Profiles in Barcelona is seeking a highly technical specialist to drive the digital transformation of our client’s B2B sales ecosystem from our Barcelona hub. You will bridge business rules to scalable PIM and CPQ platforms globally, collaborating with IT and product teams to deliver on an ambitious tech roadmap.

We require 5+ years in enterprise solution design, strong SAP SD LE and Salesforce CPQ knowledge, and a solid grounding in PIM and data mappings.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 5+ years designing functional enterprise solutions.
• Experience with SAP SD LE, Salesforce CPQ or Pricefx.
• Strong knowledge of Product Information Management and master data.
• Agile project experience.
• Fluent English; Spain work eligibility.

• Serve as the technical authority for enterprise catalog and pricing platforms.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional designs.

Step into a pivotal global role with a prestigious Swiss multinational and lead the digital transformation of their entire B2B sales ecosystem from Barcelona

Our client is a leading Swiss company in the industrial minerals sector with a presence across Europe, recognized for its innovation, operational excellence, and collaborative culture.

They are undergoing a massive strategic shift moving from a project-based approach to a fully digital product-centric organization To drive this ambitious tech evolution they are looking for a highly technical specialist to join their hub in Barcelona

You will become the ultimate technology bridge ensuring that complex business rules translate perfectly into scalable PIM and CPQ platforms on a global scale

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for enterprise catalog and pricing digital platforms


• Transform complex business requirements into clear user stories and functional configuration designs


• Collaborate with the digital product owner to shape strategy and prioritize the product roadmap


• Provide functional leadership for integrations involving SAP SD LE and Salesforce CPQ and Pricefx


• Lead design workshops and fit-gap assessments to maximize standard capabilities over custom code


• Support core delivery phases including prototyping and system testing and data migration


• Maintain highly detailed documentation covering system behavior and data mapping


• Partner with service managers to analyze operational incidents and drive continuous improvements


• Guide business stakeholders during system validation to ensure successful product adoption

Core Skills/Experience

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Administration or related fields


• At least five years of solid professional background designing functional solutions and managing enterprise applications


• Demonstrated expertise working with SAP SD LE or Salesforce CPQ or Pricefx or similar B2B pricing platforms


• Deep understanding of Product Information Management and product master data and complex margin structures


• Strong technical mindset with total comfort navigating application backends and reading code configurations


• Solid hands on experience executing projects under Agile methodologies and sprint frameworks


• Full Professional English proficiency to interact daily with international teams


• Valid work permit for Spain or European citizenship as visa sponsorship is unavailable
