INFUSE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal systems and processes. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams, and drive data-informed improvements across departments.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in project management, strong stakeholder communication, and a hands-on approach to process optimization in a fast-paced digital environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making; experience with AI in products or processes.
• English at least B2.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and translate into requirements.
• Bridge between business and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with product managers, design, and development for timely delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across project phases.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Implement and embed new processes into actual workflows across teams.
• Collect data to support decisions and proposed solutions.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management and Process Implementation to lead the development and implementation of the new internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, analytical, and soft skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage
• Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes
• Lead business process implementation - ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teams
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Proactively identify potential process improvements, efficiency gaps, and blind spots across teams and workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is a must
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
• English at least B2
