IT Project Manager/Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to maintain and grow our activities and international customer base.

Mission:

As part of a Mobility squad for our client PF Central, working on a Time & Material basis, you will:

  • Maintain, enhance, and support the Mobility DataMart for reporting purposes.
  • Monitor data flows, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Design solutions to meet new demands from Central or Mobility partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Mobility DataMart, analyze incidents and anomalies.
  • Lead meetings with international stakeholders to monitor data quality and propose solutions.
  • Work with business partners to prioritize actions and enhancements.
  • Design data models and pipelines, automate data ingestion processes.
  • Coordinate integration of new data sources and formats.
  • Develop technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Big Data/DataHub solutions, cloud environments, file transfer protocols, Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft 365.
  • Optional skills: Dremio, Dataiku, JIRA/KANBAN.
  • Engaged in daily activities with a transformation mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and awareness of technology and business directions.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of banking industry and processes.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, proactivity, organization, and feedback skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote).
