The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in software development, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in C1 English. This position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and a hybrid model with remote working options.

We are seeking an

IT Global Delivery Lead

to join a leader industrial company´s team in Madrid. You will be part of a new-born team, focused on delivering complete solutions.

It is important to have proven experience in software development, and be willing to coding when needed. Ideally, the candidate is still programming in his current job.

Requirements:

+6 years of experience in software development (Java, Python, Angular). Proven skills in leadership. Experience in the full software development lifecycle. Tech Bachelor´s Degree completed. English proficiency at C1 level is essential.

Conditions:

Permanent contract with an end-user company.



Flexible working hours. Hybrid model: 2 days in office per week. 3 months of full remote per year (July, August and December!) Work permit required: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain.
