Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is based in Seville, with occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites. We are looking for an IT project manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex IT projects from initiation to completion.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, coordinate internal and external resources, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders while ensuring quality, security, and governance standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or project coordination.
• Experience with infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, or IT services projects.
• Experience working with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, PMP, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate internal and external resources involved in project delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor budgets and control project costs.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and transition to operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT quality, security, and governance standards.
