Descripción del empleo

The IT Project Manager develops, maintains, and evolves the Operations Supports Systems and Applications requirements from the business (e.g., Network inventory, service provisioning, etc.). They perform project management functions, focusing on applying processes, methods, skills, IT knowledge, and background to deliver expected results according to business requirements. They define and plan projects to meet business demands, propose solutions, and manage corporate applications and their evolution. Additionally, they develop strategies for project specifications, delivery, maintenance, and application enhancement, ensuring deadlines, quality, and costs are met.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and drive the People IT applications portfolio and roadmap according to business needs.
  • Gather business needs (corporate or country) and build the business blueprint using process knowledge and market solutions understanding.
  • Manage projects for implementing technological solutions related to the area of responsibility and collaborate on other projects within the unit, management, or group.
  • Develop and monitor end-to-end processes, including technical design, development follow-up with partners, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live issue resolution.
  • Monitor applications to ensure their correct operation, manage incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Propose and implement measures to reduce system-related incidents.
  • Conduct economic monitoring and anticipate actions to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and control support services to users to ensure efficient and effective system use.
  • Analyze technological advances to meet new group company needs, creating functional and technological improvements through R+D+I activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academic Profile:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.

Languages:

  • English - Must have - Advanced
  • Spanish - Desirable - Advanced
  • Other Cellnex languages - Valuable - Intermediate

Software Tools:

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Must have - Advanced
  • SAP - Valuable - Intermediate

Relevant Experience:

  • Proven experience managing IT projects, especially in OSS Passive applications.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Experience monitoring application performance and resolving technical incidents.
  • Experience in international projects.
  • Proficiency in IT project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to align technological solutions with business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to technological innovation and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
